EMS is internet based software allowing for easy access from multiple locations. It maintains a database of vehicle and equipment information and service history. The system tracks descriptive details and incident reports, creates alerts when vehicles or equipment are due for service, and allows managers to easily schedule service and assign technicians to work items created. EMS also allows managers to track labor hours by technician and even allows for drill down to specific work items done that day.
